Priest in Charge
The Reverend Randi Hicks Rowe
Rev. Randi is a native Virginian who has previously served as a priest in Niagara County, NY. Before ordination, she was a youth and children's minister and Christian educator for several churches in the Greater Washington, DC area and for the Episcopal Diocese of Maryland. She has extensive management experience in public relations, advertising operations, and journalism. She and her husband live in Saluda with their dog, Trixie, and enjoy visiting their grandchild in Charlottesville.​

Priest Associate
The Reverend Dr. Robert “Bob” Prichard
Bob has served as our Priest Associate since 2019. He joined the faculty of Virginia Theological Seminary in 1983 and is currently faculty emeritus. Bob has been active on many committees in The Episcopal Diocese of Virginia and is widely recognized as a highly published authority on the history of the Episcopal church. He has also served congregations in Northern Virginia and in the Shenandoah Valley, including a Hispanic church that he founded.

Deacon
The Reverend Peggy Moncure
Rev Peg graduated from Longwood College in 1981 with a degree in Music Education and taught middle school band for 31 years. After retirement, she felt a call to ordained ministry and was ordained to the Diaconate in 2021. She lives in Gloucester with her husband, Henry and their dogs Lucy, Samson and Phoebe. Their son Marc, daughter-in-law Stephanie and grandson Monty live in Florida.
